Local. Family-run. Straightforward.

Sell what’s worth selling. Clear what isn’t.

We help Tulsa-area families, property owners, and businesses sort through what’s left, recover value where we can, and clear the space without passing the whole job back to you.

Honest recommendations One team, start to finish No-pressure first look

Before you rent the dumpster

Let us take a look.

Not everything in a garage, estate, storage unit, or closing business belongs in the trash. We separate what can be sold, donated, recycled, and removed—then give you a clear path forward.

What happens next

What we handle

One practical plan for the whole project.

You don’t have to decide whether you need a reseller, a clearout crew, or a buyer before calling. We’ll look at the property in front of us and explain the options.

01

Home, estate & downsizing clearouts

A respectful, practical plan for inherited property, moves, home sales, and years of accumulated belongings.

02

Garages, storage & rental properties

We sort the usable from the unwanted, recover value where it makes sense, and clear the space.

03

Resale & consignment

For qualifying items, we research, photograph, list, answer buyers, and coordinate pickup from start to finish.

04

Business liquidation

Surplus inventory, fixtures, tools, equipment, and office contents—handled without putting every sale on your plate.

The result

From “where do we start?” to a usable space.

We don’t just make a pile disappear. We slow down long enough to find what still has a useful next life, then keep the rest of the project moving.

How it works

Start with a few photos. We’ll help sort out the rest.

A first conversation should make the job feel clearer—not lock you into something. We’ll tell you honestly what looks like a fit and what doesn’t.

  1. 1

Send wide shots and a few close-ups.

Text the room, property, collection, or items. Include your city or neighborhood and any important deadline.

  2. 2

    Get a straightforward recommendation.

We’ll talk through resale, a direct purchase, a clearout, or a combination—based on the work and value actually there.

  3. 3

    We handle the moving parts.

Sorting, research, photos, listings, buyer communication, pickup coordination, and removal stay with one team.

Why Bauman Bounty

Your property isn’t just another truckload.

We’re a local, family-run operation. When you call, you’re talking to the same people who will look at the job and do the work.

Good to know

Questions we hear at the start.

Do I need to know what anything is worth?

No. Send wide photos of the space and close-ups of anything unusual, branded, older, or potentially valuable. We’ll help identify the most practical next step.

Do you only take valuable items?

No. Resale may be one part of a larger clearout. Depending on the project, we can build a plan around selling, donating, recycling, and removing what remains.

What kinds of items do you handle?

Furniture, tools, equipment, collectibles, household property, business assets, and qualifying collections are all common starting points.

How do I get started?

Text a few photos to (918) 900-2107, call us, or email hello@baumanbounty.com. A city or neighborhood and a rough timeline are enough for the first conversation.

Start here

Send a few photos. Get a clear next step.

Wide shots help us understand the whole space. Add close-ups of unusual, branded, older, or potentially valuable items. Tell us your Tulsa-area location and timeline, and we’ll take it from there.

Not sure it’s a fit? Send the photos anyway. We’ll tell you honestly.
